Epic win by Art of City Appliance Repair, after epic fail by Sears Home Services. Art read the wiring schematic and used his brain power to figure out where the electricity wasn't getting through to ignite the dryer. He ordered the part, and had the dryer fixed in less than a week. He's really nice, very professional and fixed it!!!

Sears used to be great at fixing appliances, but no more. GE gas dryer installed 1/28/16; it stopped heating up April 4th; Sears ordered the wrong parts; Sears missed appointments (oh yeh, taking off work to not have them show ...), wasted our time and didn't fix it. With a baby in the house, a major nuisance that Sears couldn't get it fixed in 6 weeks! We really appreciate Art getting it working again!
